      Start with self-analysis. What really makes you happy? What are your talents and character traits?

      Define your values. What is important to you in life?

      3. Reprogramming: change your negative beliefs to positive ones. Replace the words «I can’t» with «I can», «I don’t deserve» with «I deserve».

      4. Goal setting: define your desires and dreams. Set goals for yourself and start moving towards achieving them.

      5. Action: don’t be afraid to act. Step by step, you will free yourself from shackles and gain inner freedom.

      Freeing yourself from shackles is not a one-time action, but an ongoing process. This is the path to independence, self-sufficiency and true happiness.

      1. Identifying the direction. What is important to you in life? What values do you hold dear? What brings you meaning? The answers to these questions will help you determine the general direction of travel.

      2. Setting goals. Identifying your short-term and long-term goals. What results do you want to achieve? What do you want to change in your life?
