ON THE CONTRARY, THE ONE OUGHT, BY THE AID OF LEA RNING, TO IMPROVE THEIR GENIUS; THE OTHER, BY THE ACQUISITION OF KNOWLEDGE, TO RENDER THEMSELVES VALUABLE.
