and the gravity energies increase on Earth. What will happen? The behavior of the elite will not correspond to the instinctive behavior of the people. Their decisions will not be based on the nature of the majority. The elite with their decisions will start to slow down the development of the society. They simply won’t have the energy to engage in business, their capacity will fall, the personal strength of the members of the elite won’t be the same. The elite will be degenerated. They will slow down the development of the society.
But the elite, which is in resonance with the growing cosmic energies, may be formed as well, and the people haven’t reached that level yet. In this case, the elite will act as a catalyst for the rapid development of the country. The mismatch of the elite type and the bulk of the people may have completely opposite effects on the development of the society. The important thing here is who – the people or the elite – is in resonance with the cosmic energies. Or both. Or even the historical development may stop: there are no proper cosmic energies, the people and the elite are not in resonance with the growing cosmic energies. In the latter case, we just have to wait, to survive until the necessary cosmic energies appear.
If the elite don’t correspond to the increasing cosmic energies, there come troubles, decline in the development of the society. And historians simply record the depravation of the nobility or other representatives of the ruling class in a particular historical era.
On the psychological level, this division of the people (in resonance or out of resonance with the cosmic energies) occurred through the separation of resonator and post-resonator psycho-types. In history, this division took place through separating passionarians from subpassionarians. In sociology, this separation occurred through separating progressive and regressive social strata. In social psychology, this is a division into domain experts and social motivators (intense speaking activity, in the system of interpersonal relations), etc.
And all the sciences describe the processes right. But the root reason for this division is the change in cosmic energies, in resonance with which people, society, and biota develop.
Fundamental changes in biota, people, and economy occur, when a sudden change in the Earth’s rotational velocity takes place. Plants are reformed. The ones that are in resonance with the growing type, subtype of the cosmic energies, start to grow better. With those energies, the amount of which increased. Other types of people start to set records. These are the people, who resonate better with the growing cosmic energies.
Let’s specify this scientifically with image-metaphors. There are empirical studies by A.F. Chernyaev (A.F. Chernyaev The Earth Beating, Change in Weight of Bodies and Gravitational “Constant”. M.: A.F. Chernyaev Publ, 2007. – 101 p. 1996, 2007) on the change in weight of bodies at different Earth’s rotational velocities. He has been scaling different bars for many years. It appears that their weight decreases in different seasons, strictly in accordance with the Earth’s rotational velocity. The less the rate is – the more the bars weigh.
There are studies by V. Shauberger (V. Shauberger Water Energy. – M.: Eksmo, 2007, P. 286-287) on the flow of rivers. The river is wide and quiet. Its spinning energy almost equals zero: there is no water rotation. But under the influence of gravity, it begins to flow faster. Water rotation starts. The river narrows. And the water rotational rate is to the maximum at the fastest interval of its flow. It has the right or the left spin. The spinning energy is maximized. Then, the river begins to flow slowly again. The water rotational rate is to the minimum. The spinning energy decreases. Then, there is acceleration of the flow of the river again, but the water has the opposite spin now.
The mill can be constructed on the fast section of the river flow. And you should wait calmly for the effects of gravity forces on the quiet one.
You filled the sink with water. The gravity force started pressing it. You removed the plug. Water rushed down, spinning. At the moment it was falling down its weight was minimal and its rate was maximal. The gravity energy became the spinning one.
The nature is arranged in such a way: there is too much of one type of energy, and the other is insufficient. High rotational rate of Earth flight – and there is a lot of energy associated with it. The rate is falling – there is a lot of gravity energy.
A human being, a living creature responds to this with restructuring the psyche and physiology. It has been studied a lot in small cycles: cycles of the Moon, cycles of planetary movement and others impact differently on the human electrocortical activity, the activity of different parts of our brain. Some of them are more active at the minimum Earth’s rotational velocity and others – at the maximum rate. We are different. Due to this, the mankind has a high survival capacity. The fact is that the cycles of Earth movement and rotation are different. The rates of movement in terms of different reference systems are different. The ratio between these types of energy in time may be different.
Different areas of the brain are responsible for resonances with various cosmic energies. The variability of brain structures of the population in Russia is higher than in Europe (see: S.V. Saveliev, 2015). The probability of the presence of people who may be extremely active in this cosmic period of time is higher. We should find them or at least let them manifest themselves, then, hang on for their energy – and things will get rolling.
There are a lot of cosmic cycles associated with the movement and rotation of Earth. They are different.
Each cycle of such movements has the aphelion and perihelion, the period of deceleration and acceleration, that is, its own distribution of gravity and spinning energies. And we are powered by them. In this case, the survival of all living creatures is connected with the ability to move from one type of cosmic energy, associated with the movement and rotation, to the other.
The people are born with the presence of a certain combination of cosmic energies and the life makes them rearrange in correspondence with others. It is not that easy. And the birth of new people gives new opportunities for the development of the mankind. So the death and birth of people are a way of surviving under changing cosmic energies.
Every person in his/her life goes through a change of these energy cycles. S/he succeeds in one cycle. People of the other type are more active in the other cycle.
These cycles influence our physiology, biology, and unconsciousness.
Everything is rearranged in nature. A new cycle of cosmic energies requires new people; they will bring new methods of the mankind development. Who will give them way to the place in the Sun? FRS will die, but it will still control the methods and the people who were, if not effective, but tolerable in another cosmic epoch.
So, the development of countries throughout the world depends on the cosmic energies of adjusting to them, doesn’t it? Without much consideration, we present data on the correlation of the GDP growth rates in some countries with the Earth LOD.
Let's start with Russia.
In Russia, the GDP growth rate since 1990 has been traditionally negatively connected with changes in the Earth LOD. Considering the World Bank data since 1990, the correlation was -0.8. The negative relationship is almost linear.
This is depicted in the following graph.
China depends significantly on the cosmic energies in its development as well. Its correlation of the LOD and the GDP growth rate in 1963 was -0.15.
There are periods of positive correlation as well. But more often it is a negative statistical relationship.
Since the beginning of the reforms – the correlation of the GDP growth rate and the Earth’s rotational velocity in China has become steadily negative.
Since 2000, the correlation factor has been equal to -0.392
