Долгая жизнь с муковисцидозом

заметных нарушений гомеостаза глюкозы[339][340]. Высказано предположение, что эта «преддиабетическая фаза» является результатом прогрессирующей недостаточности р-клеток и относительной инсулинопении и повышает значимость анаболического действия инсулина при MB и неблагоприятного влияния недостаточности инсулина на метаболизм глюкозы, состояние питания и клинические исходы у этих пациентов[341].
