To use the matrix for your success, start at the bottom row and read the purpose of the initiate level, which is to “become aware and acknowledge the past.” This is the goal of the first level. Here you will look at your past and understand how it affected your development.
On this bottom row are columns with the concepts and activities to be accomplished or learned by the initiate before moving forward. One of the first elements is the subconscious mind. This row is all you need to focus upon to get started. You need not worry about the other higher concepts yet. The initiate chapter will walk you through the first level elements and let you know when you are ready to advance.
Once you advance to a novice, you will have a whole new purpose and set of concepts and activities to accomplish. As a novice, you get to choose yourself for greatness, forgive yourself, and accept the ways you are unique. The elements of that row support this purpose and provide tools to help you commit to a better life. These elements build on the initiate level. The novice chapter will guide you through this process and provide advancement criteria.
At level three as an apprentice, your purpose changes to “set future goals and your life’s higher purpose based on your values.” Here you will recreate yourself with new objectives and a higher purpose. All the planetary elements in that row from the dynamics model again support this purpose. You will also notice that the number of elements is increasing, and they are more advanced skills and beliefs. It is a building process tailored to your individual needs.
