      - Position a balance bench upside down on the floor (seating surface on the floor).

       Course:

      - Right before each shooting round, the coach defines a task which has to be done on the bench.

      -

starts with a ball (A) and shoots at the left side of the goal as instructed (hands, top, bottom) (B).

      -

starts a bit delayed with a ball (C) and shoots at the right side of the goal as instructed (D).

      - After the shot,

(E) and
(F) sprint to the bench.

      - After the shooting round, all the shooting players must stand on the bench according to the coach’s task. While doing so, the players who already shot at the goal should organize themselves ideally, in such a way that they do not have to change their position anymore once they stand on the bench.

      - After the last shot, the goalkeeper also sprints to the bench and is the last player trying to get into the right position.

      - If the players need to switch positions one more time, they should solve this situation without a player having to leave the bench.

      - Afterwards, the players start the next shooting round with a new task.

Tasks for players on the bench:

      - Form a line sorted by height.

      - By alphabetical order of first names.

      - By age.

      - By chronological order of birthdays, beginning in January.
