Soul Over Matter. Zhi Gang Sha
first sacred phrase is qi dao xue dao. “Qi” means vital energy or life force. “Xue” means blood. “Dao” means arrive. “Qi dao xue dao” (pronounced chee dow shooeh dow) means qi arrives, (then) blood arrives. For five thousand years, this sacred phrase has been the key principle in traditional Chinese medicine for healing all kinds of sickness. Qi is energy. Blood is matter. The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic, the authority book of traditional Chinese medicine, states, “qi xing xue xing, qi zhi xue ning.” “Xing” means flow or move. “Zhi” means obstruct or block. “Ning” means stagnation. “Qi xing xue xing, qi zhi xue ning” (pronounced chee shing shooeh shing, chee jr shooeh ning) means: If qi flows, blood flows. If qi is blocked, blood is stagnant. In traditional Chinese medicine, all sickness is due to blockages of qi and blood.
