pattern of behavior made Kelly the classic over-eater, under-exerciser. Plus, being in menopause her hormonal changes caused her to gain even more excess body fat. Kelly started her personalized program by reducing her calories to an appropriate level, and beginning an easy exercise program of walking just three times a day for 15 minutes. She also started the appropriate resistive exercise she did at home, to help tone up her muscles.

      FOREWORD

      This book is a must read for anyone interested in weight loss, weight maintenance, health, and longevity. Besides the doctor developed, doctor tested, and doctor recommend program, Dr. Karatoprak includes content explaining his unique breakthrough approach, which is interesting reading for health minded people.

      From working in the health, fitness, weight loss, and performance product, program, research, and education businesses, I am constantly on the lookout for the next great breakthrough.
