Founded in 1950, Bellarmine is a private university, affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church. After merging with Ursuline College in 1968, Bellarmine became coed. Colleges/Schools include: Arts and Sciences, the Donna and Allan Lansing School of Nursing & Health Sciences, the W. Fielding Rubel School of Business, the Annsley Frazier Thornton School of Education and the School of Continuing and Professional School. Its 135-acre campus is located in Louisville.
