Данный анализ показывает, что наряду с полными лексико-грамматическими соответствиями переводчик должен уметь использовать и переводческие трансформации, которые представлены в теории перевода.
Теория перевода подсказывает пути разрешения переводческих проблем, связанных с различными аспектами языка. Ее задача – установить имеющиеся в двух языках соответствия, лексические, грамматические и стилистические, а также и расхождения, и подсказать возможные способы перевода. Но она отнюдь не является сборником рецептов, как переводить. Очень часто в своей работе переводчик может воспользоваться теми способами, которые подходят ему в данном конкретном случае.
Только обладая разносторонними и специальными знаниями, переводчик сможет достичь поставленной цели – дать полноценный литературный перевод, т.е. передать содержание текста в соответствующей оригиналу форме, не нарушая при этом норм русского языка.

PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physical Therapy (also known as physiotherapy) is an allied health profession concerned with the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of disease and disability through physical means. It is based upon principles of medical science, and is generally held to be within the sphere of conventional (rather than alternative) medicine. Physiotherapy is practiced by physiotherapists (also known as physical therapists, e.g. in the United States), though aspects may also be practiced under supervised delegation by physiotherapy assistants or other health professionals.

REHABILITATION SWIMMING
Rehabilitation swimming belongs to most important sports for physically handicapped, which only supports the idea of its importance in rehabilitation. It also takes advantage of positive effects of water, both – thermal, as well as mechanical, induced by the hydrostatic pressure, water resistance and lifting of the body under the water.
The basic styles are breast-stroke (the main driving force are lower extremities, this style is suitable for better mobility of lower extremity joints), crawl (the main driving force are upper extremities), back-stroke (this style is suitable especially for impaired body position, diseases of spine and lower extremities) and the butterfly (recommended for not yet fixed kyphosis at initial stages of Bechterev's disease).
The styles breaststroke and butterfly are not suitable for cervical spine diseases with overloaded spine muscles, and neither for patients with impairments of intervertebral discs, for the latter the more suitable styles are backstroke or crawl.
