Запад, мусульманский мир и радикальный исламизм
Аннотация. В статье рассматривается вопрос о военно-политическом вмешательстве Запада в странах мусульманского мира с начала XXI в. В то же время дается анализ подъема движений политического ислама и активизации деятельности радикальных исламистов, что привело к возникновению «Исламского государства», террористическая активность которого имеет место на Ближнем Востоке, но направлена также против стран Запада.
Abstract. The article touches upon the issue of the extensive military and political maneuvers of the Western countries in the Muslim world since the beginning of the 21 st century. Meanwhile the text gives a valuable information on the rise of political Islam and Islamic extremist movements in the region that led to the emergence of the «Islamic State». The author stresses that its terrorist activities take place in the Middle East, but is also directed against the western countries.
