Activity
Observe the people in your life today. How happy or unhappy are they? Could you make their life a little better today, out of your actions? Small actions can bring happiness for a short time. Larger, long term actions can bring happiness for a lifetime. Reflect on what you will to bring to those people in your life.

Day 6
Where are the people in your life, physically? Does your immediate family live close by or are you oceans apart? Write as though everyone is exactly where they need to be. Do you prefer to live on an island alone? Or maybe a major city? Do you have a single home? Or many? Thinking that the people in your life are exactly where they need to be, write as though they are already there.
My family members live . . .
My friends live . . .
We all . . .

Activity
Listen today to the people around you as they discuss where they live, their commute, where they go. Create conversations around where people would like to live, how far they’d like to be from work and where they might vacation. Observe those people actively working towards doing something about it, compared to the people that just complain about it. Reflect on your conversations and observations.

Day 7
You’ve spent some time looking at who you will be in your vision, what you will be doing and where you will be. Now we will create how you’re going to get there. When creating the how, write from the perspective that you already have what you need. Too often we look elsewhere because we don’t believe we have what we need. We don’t have the knowledge, the resources, the money, etc. Today, write as though those things were already available, and this is how your vision came to be.
I thought I needed . . .
It was very important having . . .
What made all the difference was . . .

Activity
Listen to the people around you today, when they want to do something new, create something, try something. Listen for what stops them immediately. Key words or wording could include, “but,” “I don’t know,” “it's always been that way,” “that never changes.” etc. Reflect on what you’ve heard.
