Day 16
Now that you’ve chosen your financial routine, it may be some time before you can begin. Whether it be tomorrow or next week, what are your genuine fears and concerns about yourself and your finances? Is money something that comes to you easily? Is it available or unavailable? What do you think of yourself and your financial situation? What do you think about others and their financial situation? How do you compare yourself to others based on money and finances?

Day 17- Expenses
As we begin to look at creating a budget, we will start with expenses. Today we will look at small expenses. These are the expenses that you may not even see as expenses, items like your morning coffee or your weekly lottery ticket. They are usually less than $5 or $10 in cost and/or may happen frequently like daily or weekly. In most cases, we don’t see these as expenses as they’re just part of our regular day. But, if you spend $5 a day on coffee, that’s nearly $2000 a year. What cost do you consider a small expense? Think back in your life to the time you were first given money. How much was it? Who gave it to you? What did it mean to you to receive it? What did that person mean to you? What did you spend it on? Whatever amount it was, would it be considered a lot or a little money to you today? How have you changed since then and what you consider a lot or a little money?
