Love, as we mentioned, is being severely tested, but there is some good news here too. On the 23rd of last month you entered a yearly social peak, and this continues until November 22. There is a stronger focus on love and this focus – this drive – enables you to handle all the various challenges that arise. A given relationship might be problematic, but the overall love life is good – very active now. Marriage is still unlikely and still not advisable, but you can enjoy the ample social opportunities that are happening for what they are.
You have been personally more popular since October 23rd. You are going out of your way for others. You are there for your friends. You are more aggressive in love, going after what you want.
Health is still delicate until the 22nd. Review our discussion of this last month. You can enhance the health in the ways mentioned last month, but after the 17th give more attention to the liver and thighs. Regular thigh massage will be good. Health and energy will be much improved after the 22nd.
Finances are a bit more challenging this month. Mercury, your financial planet, is far away from his natural home, wandering in a far country. He is not as strong as he could be. Generally Taurus is most comfortable when focused on his or her own financial interests. But this month the Cosmos calls you to focus on the financial interests of others – to even consider them ahead of your own. As you help others to prosper, your own prosperity naturally happens. Also this kind of thinking will make any proposals you want to make much easier to sell.
The eclipses of last month are still being felt. Uranus, your career planet, is camping out on an eclipse point all month. Therefore career changes are afoot. There are dramatic changes in your company and industry and dramas in the lives of parents, parent figures and bosses.
Mars travels with Pluto from the 8th to the 12th and squares Uranus from the 12th to the 14th – a very dynamic transit. It further reinforces the career changes that we mentioned above. It also indicates a time to drive more carefully and avoid risky kinds of activities. (This applies to parents or parent figures as well.)
Mercury’s re-activation of an eclipse point from the 8th to the 10th creates a short-term financial disturbance. Try not to make it worse than it needs to be. It will pass.

Love is still unstable this month but there is much improvement happening. On the 24th Saturn will leave your 7th house. He has done his job. You have weeded out the good relationships from the mediocre ones. Your relationship has undergone the worst of the testing and your social life has been placed in right order. Along with this your love planet, Pluto, receives much positive stimulation after the 9th. In fact we could say that you are entering, from the 9th onwards, another yearly social peak.
Uranus is still camped out on the Lunar Eclipse point of October 8. So there is much career change happening. Much of this is good. The changes seem beneficial to you, although perhaps not pleasant. Between 80 and 90 per cent of the planets are above the horizon. The cosmic power is in the upper half of the Horoscope. Ambitions are powerful. There is much career progress and success happening. Mars crosses the Mid-heaven and enters your 10th career house on the 5th. The demands of your career are therefore strong and you are fending off competitors and rivals. You can enhance your career (and your public image) by getting involved in charity work or altruistic causes.
The planetary momentum is overwhelmingly forward at this time. At least 80 per cent (and sometimes 90 per cent) of the planets are in forward motion. So there is rapid progress towards your goals.
Love may have been problematic but the sex life doesn’t seem to have suffered. Your 8th house of regeneration has been powerful since November 22 and remains powerful until the 22nd of this month. Whatever your age or stage in life, your libido is stronger than usual.
Taureans are big ‘acquirers’. They love to possess things and tend to hold on to their acquisitions. But during this period up to the 22nd it might be good to take stock and get rid of what you don’t need or don’t use. Give it to charity or sell it. Clear the decks. There’s nothing wrong with ‘getting’, but there are times to let go too. One does not always breathe in; you have to exhale too.
The spiritual law about possessions, as I understand it, is this – you are entitled to anything that you can use and enjoy. You may pray for these things and the Cosmos will grant them. The Cosmos wants you to have them. It doesn’t matter how expensive they are. They will come to you, lawfully and legitimately. But things that you can’t use or enjoy are merely burdens on you – not real wealth – just headaches. These should be let go of.
