      2 oz Tequila

      1/2 oz triple Sec

      Fill with Blood Orange Juice or puree.

      Shake.

      Rub rim of glass with lime and dip in kosher salt.

      Garnish with orange.

      BLOOD ORANGE MARTINI (martini glass)

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      Dash of Orange Juice

      Dash of Campari

      3 1/2 oz Orange Vodka or Vodka

      Dash of Blood Orange Juice or Orange juice

      Shake.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      Garnish with orange.

      BLOOD ORANGE MIMOSA (wine glass)

      Fill a wine glass 3/4 with ice (ice optional).

      Fill 3/4 with Champagne

      Dash of Orange Liqueur or

      Triple Sec (optional)

      Fill with Blood Orange Juice.

      Garnish with Orange.

      BLOOD ORANGE MOJITO

      In a serving glass:

      2 Blood Orange Wedges

      3—5 Mint Sprigs

      1 tsp Sugar

      Muddle.

      Fill glass with ice.

      2 oz Rum

      Fill with soda water.

      Shake.

      Garnish with lime and mint.

      BLOODY BASTARD

      Fill a mixing glass 1/2 with Ale.

      1 tsp Horseradish

      Fill with Bloody Mary mix.

      Rab rim of second glass with lime and dip into Kosher salt.

      Pour drink into second glass.

      BLOODY BRAIN

      In short glass:

      1 oz Strawberry Liqueur

      Dash of Grenadine

      1/2 oz Irish Cream

      BLOODY BREW

      In beer glass:

      1 1/2 oz Vodka or Peppered Vodka

      2 oz Tomato Juice

      Fill with Beer or Malt Liqueur

      Dash of salt.

      2 oz Vodka or Peppered Vodka

      1 oz Beef Bouillon

      1 tsp Horseradish

      3 dashes of Tabasco Sauce

      3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

      Dash of fresh Lime Juice

      3 dashes of Celery Salt

      3 dashes of Pepper

      1 oz Clam Juice (optional)

      Dash of Sherry (optional)

      Fill with Tomato Juice

      Pour from one glass to another until mixed.

      Garnish with lemon and/or lime, celery and/or cucumber,

      and/or coctail’s shrimp.

      BLOODY CAESAR

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      2 oz Vodka or Pepperd Vodka

      1 tsp Horseradish

      3 dashes of Tabasco Sauce

      3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

      Dash of fresh Lime Juice

      3 dashes of Celery Salt

      3 dashes of Pepper

      Dash of Sherry (optional)

      1 tsp Dijon Mustard (optional)

      Fill with equal parts tomato and clam juice.

      Pour from one glass to another until mixed.

      Garnish with lemon and/or lime, celery and/or cucumber,

      and/or coctail’s shrimp.

      BLOODY HOLLY

      A BLOODY MARY made with Aquavit instead of Vodka.

      Pinch Dry Chinese Mustard (optional)

      Fill with tomato juice.

      Garnish with lemon and/or lime, celery and/or cucumber,

      and/or coctail’s shrimp.

      BLOODY MARY

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      2 oz Vodka or Peppered Vodka

      1 tsp Horseradish

      3 dashes of Tabasco Sauce

      3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

      3 dashes of Pepper
