      1/2 oz Vodka

      1/2 oz Gin

      1/2 oz Rum

      1/2 oz Tequila

      1/2 oz Triple Sec

      1/2 oz Scotch

      Dash of Dry Vermouth

      Dash of Sour Mix or sweetened Lime Juice

      1 oz Orange Juice.

      Shake.

      Top with cola.

      Garnish with orange.

      BOTTOM LINE

      Fill a serving glass with ice.

      2 oz Gin or Lime Gin

      1/2 oz sweetened Lime Juice

      Fill with Tonic Water.

      Stir.

      Garnish with lime.

      BOURBON MANHATTAN (martini glass)

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      Dash of Sweet VermouthN.

      2 to 4 dashes of AAngostura Bitters

      2 oz Bourbon

      Stir.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      Garnish with cherry.

      CAUTION: ***SWEET – means extra Sweet Vermouth.

      *** DRY – can means either use

      Dry Vermouth instead of Sweet Vermouth, or less

      Sweet Vermouth, then usual.

      Garnish with lemon twist or cherry.

      BOURBON OLD FASHIONED

      In short glass:

      Maraschino Cherry

      1 Orange Slice

      1/2 tsp Sugar

      4 to 5 dashes of Angostura Bitters

      Muddle (optional)

      Fill glass with ice.

      2 oz Bourbon

      Splash with soda water.

      Stir.

      NOTE: Ask if the customer wants their drink muddled or not?

      BOURBON SATIN

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Bourbon

      1 oz White Creme de Cacao

      2 oz Milk or Cream.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      BOURBON STREET ICE TEA

      Fill serving tall galss with ice.

      1/2 oz Gim Beam

      1/2 oz Jack Daniels

      1/2 oz Wild Turkey

      1/2 oz Yukon Jack

      1/2 oz Southern Comfort

      1/2 oz Triple Sec.

      1 oz Sour Mix.

      Shake.

      Top with cola.

      Garnish with lemon.

      BOX CAR

      Fill a serving glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Rum or Orange Rum

      1/2 oz Triple Sec

      Fill with Sour Mix.

      Shake.

      Garnish with orange and cherry.

      BOXTER

      In a mixing glass:

      1 tsp Sugar

      !oz fresh Lemon Juice

      Muddle/stir

      Fill glass with ice.

      2 oz Cognac

      1 oz Orange Liqueur

      Shake.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      Garnish with cherry.

      BRAHMA BULL

      Fill a short glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Gold Tequila

      1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

      Stir.

      BRAIN

      In a shot glass:

      1 oz Strawberry Liqueur or

      Peach Schnapps

      1/4 oz Grenadine

      1/2 oz Irish Cream.

      Put in drop by drop.

      BRAIN (floater)

      Fill glass with ice.

      1 oz Coffee Liqueur (botton)

      1 oz Peach Schnapps

      1 oz Irish Cream (top)

      BRAIN ERASER

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      1 oz Vodka

      1/2 Coffee Liqueur

      1/2 oz Amaretto

      Splash with club soda.

      Supposed to drink in one shot through the straw.

      BRAIN WAVE (Floater)

      1 1/4 oz Irish Cream (bottom)

      3/4 oz Vodka (top)

      Place a drop of Grenadine into center of drink.

      BRANDY ALEXANDER

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Brandy

      1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao

      3 oz cream or milk.

      Shake.

      Pour into short glass or strain into chilled glass.

      Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

      BRANDY ALEXANDER (frozen)

      In blender:

      1/2 cup of ice.

      1 1/2 oz Brandy

      1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao

      Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.

      Blend until smooth.

      if too thick, add milk or cream…

      if too thin, add ice or ice cream…

      Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

      BRANDY ALMOND MOCHA

      1 oz Brandy

      1 oz Amaretto

      Fill with equal parts hot chocolate and hot coffee.

      Stir.

      Top with whipped cream.

      Sprinkle with shaved almonds.

      BRANDY GUMP

      In a mixing glass:

      1/2 tsp Sugar

      1 oz fresh Lemon Juice

      Muddle/mix.

      Fill with ice.

      2 oz Brandy

      Dash of Grenadine.

      Shake.

      Serve
