Irish Cream

      Stir.

      BUSHWHACKER 2

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Dark Rum

      1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

      1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao

      1 oz Cream of Coconut

      Fill with cream or milk.

      Shake.

      BUSHWHACKER (frozen)

      In blender:

      1 cup of ice.

      1 oz Irish Cream

      1/2 oz Amaretto

      1/2 oz Dark Rum

      1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao

      1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

      1/2 oz Hazelnut Liqueur

      1/2 oz Cream of Cocnut

      Blend until smooth.

      Sprinkle with nutmeg.

      BUSRED CHERRY (floater)

      1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur (bottom)

      1/2 oz Cream

      1/2 oz Cherry Btandy (top)

      BUSTED RUBBER (floater)

      1/2 oz Raspberry Liqueur (bottom)

      1/2 oz Irish Cream

      1/2 oz Orange Liqueur (top)

      BUTT MUNCH (frozen)

      In blender:

      1/2 cup of ice.

      1 oz Brandy

      1 oz Rum

      1 oz Coffee

      1 oz Chocolate Syrup

      1 oz Milk

      1 tsp Honey

      Blend until smooth.

      Top with whipped cream.

      Sprinkle with cinnamon.

      BUTTAFINGER

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      1/2 oz Vodka or Vanilla Vodka

      1 oz irish Cream Liqueur

      1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps

      Fill with cream or milk.

      Shake.

      BUTTAFINGER 2

      Fill mixing glass with ice.

      1/2 oz Vodka or Vanilla Vodka

      1/2 oz Irish Cream Liqueur

      1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

      1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps

      Dash of Milk or Cream.

      Strain into shot glass.

      BUTTER BALL (floater)

      1 1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps (bottom)

      1/2 oz Cream or

      Orange Liqueur (top)

      BUTTER SHOT (floater)

      1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps (bottom)

      1/2 oz irish Cream

      1/2 oz Vodka or Vanilla Vodka (top)

      BUTTERNUT COFFEE

      1 oz Amaretto or Hazelnut Liqueur

      1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps

      Fill with hot Black coffee.

      Top with whipped cream.

      Drizzle with butterscotch.

      C & B (snifter)

      In snifter:

      1 oz Cognac

      1 oz Benedictine

      CABLE CAR (coctail shell)

      In a mixing glass:

      1/2 tsp Sugar

      1/2 oz fresh Lime Juice

      Muddle/mix.

      Fill glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Gin

      1/2 oz Triple Sec

      Strain into chilled coctail shell.

      Garnish with lime.

      CABLEGRAM

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      2 oz Whiskey

      1/2 oz Sour Mix

      1 tsp Sugar Syrup

      Shake.

      Fill glass with Ginger Ale.

      Garnish with lemon.

      CACTUS BANGER

      Fill a serving glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Tequila

      Fill with orange Juice

      Top with Galliano.

      Garnish with orange.

      CACTUS JUICE

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      1/2 oz Amaretto

      Fill with sour mix.

      Shake.

      CADILAC MARGARITA

      In a mixing glass:

      2 tsp Sugar

      2 oz fresh Lime Juice

      Muddle/Stir.

      Fill a glass with ice.

      1 1/2 oz Tequila

      1/2 oz Cointreau

      Shake.

      Serve or strain into smaller glass.

      Top with dash of Grand Marnier.

      Garnish with lime.

      CADIZ

      Fill a short glass with ice.

      3/4 oz Blackberry Brandy

      3/4 oz Dry Sherry

      1/2 oz Triple Sec

      1/4 oz Cream

      Stir.

      CAFE AMORE

      1 oz Cognaq

      1 oz Amaretto

      Fill with hot black coffee.

      Top with whipped cream

      Sprinkle with shaved almonds.

      CAFE AU LAIT

      Heat coffee cup/mug specialty glass.

      Pour simultaneously equal parts fresh coffee (dark roasted),

      scalding staemed milk.

      You can leave a layerof froth on top of the mix.

      Sprinkle with chocolate shaved or powder or cinnamon and/or nutmeg.

      СAFE BARBADOS

      1 1/2 oz Dark Rum

      1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

      Fill with hot black
