1 1/2 oz Canadian Whiskey
1/2 oz Triple Sec
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 tsp Sugar
Shake.
Strain into chilled glass.
Garnish with orange.
CANADIAN BLACKBERRY FIZZ
Fill a serving tall glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz Canadian Whisky
1/2 oz Blackberry Brendy
2 oz Sour Mix.
Shake.
Fill with soda water.
CANADIAN CIDER (frozen)
In blender:
1/2 cup of ice.
1 oz Canadian Whisky
1/2 oz Cinnamon Schnapps
3 oz Apple Cider
1/4 ripe of Red Apple
Blend untill smooth.
Garnish with apple.
CANADIAN CAR BOMB (floater)
Fill shot glass with:
1 oz Canadian Whiskey (bottom)
1 oz YukonJack (top)
Drop shot glass into beer glass 3/4 fiiled with Canadian Lager.
CANADIAN COFFEE
2 oz Yukon Jack
Fill with hot black coffee.
Top with whipped cream.
Dribble 5 to 6 drops of
Creme de Noyaux on top.
CANCUN (frozen)
In blender:
1/2 cup of ice.
3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz Sambuca
3/4 oz Irish Cream
3 oz Cold Espresso
Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Blend untill smooth.
CANDY APPLE
Fill a short glass with ice.
1 oz Apple Brendy
1 oz Cinnamon Schnapps
Fill with cranberry juice.
Stir.
CANDY APPLE MARTINI (martini glass)
Fill mixing glass with ice.
1/2 oz Cranberry Juice.
3 1/2 oz Apple Vodka
Dash of Grenadine.
Shake.
Strain into chilled glass.

Shake.

Fill with milk.

Float 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy on top.

1 1/2 oz Peppermint Schapps (bottom)
1/2 oz Creme de Noyaux (top)

Fill mixing glass with ice.
2 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 oz White Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
Shake.
Strain into chilled glass.
Top with 1 tsp Grenadine.
Garnish with miniaturecandy cane.
CAPE COODER
Fill a serving glass with ice.
2 oz Vodka
Fill a Cranberry Juice
Garnish with lime.
CAPOEIRA (frozen)
In blender:
2 cups crushed ice.
2 oz Cognac or Brendy
2 oz Creme de Cacao
2 oz Cream of Coconut
Blend untill smooth.
CAPPUCCINO
Heat coffee cup/mug or specialty glass by filling it with
hot water and letting it sit for 30 seconds.
Fill 1/3 with Espresso (1 shot)
1/3 liquid steamed milk
1/3 foam steamed milk
Sprinkle with chocolate shavings or powder, or
cinnamon and/or nutmeg.
CAPRI
Fill a serving glass with ice.
1 oz Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz White Creme de cacao
Fill with milk or cream.
Shake.
