      CHAMPAGNE MARGARITA (margarita glass)

      In a mixixng glass:

      2 tsp Sugar

      2 oz fresh Lime Juice

      Fill glass with ice.

      2 1/2 oz Tequila

      Shake.

      Strain into margarita glass.

      Fill with champagne.

      CHAMPAGNE JULEP

      Muddle together in serving glass:

      10 to 20 fresh Mint Leaves

      1 tsp Superfine Sugar

      2 tbsp water

      Fill glass with crushed ice.

      1 1/2 oz Bourbon

      Fill glass with Champagne.

      Garnish with mint.

      CHAMPAGNE MOJITO (champagne flute)

      In a mixing glass:

      2 Lime Wedges

      3 to 5 Mint Springs

      1 tsp Sugar

      2 to 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters (optional)

      Muddle.

      Fill glass with ice.

      2 oz Light Rum.

      Shake.

      Strain into champagne flute.

      Fill with champagne.

      Garnish with lime and mint.

      CHAMPAGNE PUNCH (champagne glass)

      In serving glass:

      1 tsp Superfine Sugar

      1 tsp Lime Juice

      1/2 oz Orange Liqueur

      1/2 oz Brandy

      1/2 oz Light \rum

      2 oz Pineapple Juice

      Dash of Grenadine

      Stir, untill sugar dissolves.

      Add ice.

      Fill with Champagne.

      CHAMPAGNE SUPER NOVA (champagne glass)

      Fill a champagne glass with ice.

      1/2 oz Vodka

      1/2 oz Gin

      1/2 oz Blue Curacao

      Dash of Crenberry Juice

      Dash of Sour Mix

      Fill with champagne.

      CHANNEL

      2 oz Blackberry Brandy

      Fill with beer

      CHAOS

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1/2 oz 151-proof Rum

      1/2 oz Sloe Gin

      1/2 oz Orange Liqueur

      1/2 oz sweetened Lime Juice

      Shake.

      Strain into chillwd glass.

      CHARLIE CHAPLIN

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 oz Apricot Brandy

      1 oz Sloe Gin

      1 oz fresh Lemon or Lime Juice

      Shake.

      Strain into chilled glass.

      CHARRO

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      1 oz Tequila

      1 oz Coffee

      1 oz Milk

      Stir.

      Strain into shot glass.

      CHASTITY BELT (floater)

      3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur (bottom)

      3/4 oz Irish Cream

      3/4 oz Hazelnut Liqueur

      Top with 1/2 oz milk (top)

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      1 oz Vodka or Pineapple Vodka

      1/2 oz Peach Scnapps

      1/2 oz Melon Liqueur

      Dash of Sour Mix

      Dash of Pineapple Juice

      Fill with lemon-lime soda

      Garnish with pineapple.

      CHEAP SUNGLASSES

      Fill a serving tall glass with ice.

      2 oz Vodka or Citrus Vodka

      Fill with equal parts cranberry juice and lemon-lime soda.

      Garnish with lime.

      CHELADA

      Fill serving tall glass with ice.

      1 tbsp fresh Lemon or Lime Juice.

      Pinch of Salt.

      Fill with beer.

      Stir.

      CHELSEA SIDECAR

      Fill a mixing glass with ice.

      3 1/2 oz Gin

      1/2 oz riple Sec

      Fill with Sour Mix

      Shake.

      CHERRY BLOSSOM

      Fill a short glass with ice.

      1 oz Rum or Brandy

      1 oz Cherry Brandy

      1 oz Grenadine

      1 oz Lemon Juice

      Shake.
