up in what we're thinking and wanting to do but listening to other things is necessary when we are outside, at work or school or at home. We live on a planet which at anytime anything can happen so as human beings we need to be aware and alert be prepared for whatever comes our way.

      Some people choose not listen and might get information wrong and enter in the wrong details, others might not listen carefully to their partner and forget what they said causing problems or even when you're out with your friends and miss something which is relevant to what you needed to know. If you're like me I listen to music a lot with headphones and turn it up at a volume so I don't hear the phone ringing or I don't hear people knocking at the door its a bad habit because I love music. But even I need to be mindful of things and listen carefully at times its hard because we get so into something and we don't pay attention.

      Listening is a good idea make sure to listen carefully sometimes the human mind gets carried away and thinks other things. If you don't listen to what's around you or to people you might miss out on hearing important warnings or important reminders that are essential for you to know. Being a good listener is helpful in your daily life at school or work or at your business knowing all what's going on and finding out what you need to know.

      Chapter 14: Ignore Negative People

      Ignore Negative People

      We can come across negative people in our lives who seem to think and say negative things around us. They look at things differently to us always having negative thoughts about life they aren't very pleasant to be around if you're in a good mood they'll be in a bad negative mood. The more you try to move away from them they follow you you can try and ignore them but they keep pestering you. It can get annoying so you just block it out and keep to your own positive thoughts they always seem to be feeling miserable or they look at things at a negative way. Being positive is much better feeling looking at things having a positive attitude towards things can be much easier and more pleasant. No one wants to feel negative all the time it will be hard and depressing to carry on like that forever.

      Negative people don't uplift you and inspire they wouldn't be able to encourage and support you so its best to stay away from these kinds of people if you want to get ahead. Negativity in general only causes the wrong and not goo outcomes for a person its a complete waste of time and energy. Being surrounded by negativity can make you feel down, miserable and you won't be able to progress and move forward with your life. When we're looking at negativity we immediately vision and picture this image in our minds of a sad face a feeling of emptiness being drowned and suffocated by misery and despair its an awful and not good to feel especially when your goal and plan in life is to get better and be successful with happiness wanting and desiring more positive experiences. Which will give you satisfaction and happiness so that you don't have to live with that sad feeling which makes you feel so sad inside the human mind can easily be persuaded to think negative this is because most times people are surrounded by negative environments and people which gives the this unpleasant and horrible experiences which gets them nowhere in life. Let's say you're a positive person all the time and you're wanting to try and achieve something but you have to be in a place where there's persons who are very negative and maybe they don't have the same ideas, ambitions and goals as you so they see it as a complete waste of time. They'd be inclined to maybe stop you or say negative things about it you might have been in conversations with people about it when all this negativity gets thrown in your face and it makes you feel disappointed that people didn't actually say something positive about it, maybe they never encouraged and supported you with this goal and so it puts you off and you begin to start think negative having doubts in your mind that maybe its not a good idea. Its in your best interest to remain positive at all times don't allow people to make you feel that way and most importantly remove yourself from these environments which bring you down and find another place to pursue what you're trying to do. In life we are always going to get the person or group of people who don't want to see us get ahead or be successful and so we have to rely on ourselves so when the time comes and we are so full of excitement, being passionate about a dream or a idea we truly believe in and hope that it comes true we need to learn to get ourselves to bounce back and move forward with our plans to make our dreams, goals and wishes come true. Negativity is horrible I don't like it and I don't think you like it because its the very thing which is making you not get where you want to be in life so get rid of it now.

      Chapter 15: Pay Attention

      Pay Attention

      Paying attention to what we do is important there are occasions we get carried away with our thoughts in our mind. Some people their imagination makes them go into dream land and they aren't paying attention by making sure you pay attention so that you can be focused on what you're doing. Like when you’re in class at school or at university or college and you’re not focusing and paying attention to the teacher. Then suddenly they are calling out your name to answer the questions or to read a section from a book and you say nothing because you weren’t paying attention. It can and it will make you look like you’ve shown disrespect or no interest creating a problem for you between you and the teacher.

      We all get a bit tired at times and cannot pay attention at absolutely everything and that’s okay but when it comes to work or important matters we should always pay attention. Especially in instances like when we are driving on a road we have to pay attention so we don’t create a car accident. If you find that you cannot pay attention at things for what ever reason it might help you if you take down some notes and then come back to it. Or record it on your cell phone and play it back in case you get side tracked or doze off and weren’t able to recall or remember what was just said.

      There’s nothing worse than people saying to you “weren’t you listening?” or “didn’t you hear that?” it makes us look stupid and dumb so pay attention at those times when its necessary or else it might cause a problem for you.

      Chapter 16: Healing

      Heal Yourself

      Is it true that people can actually heal themselves? Well for starters we cannot just magically cure someone especially if they are suffering from a very serious illness so we’d be lying if we said that. But we can however heal ourselves meaning that we could stop thinking the worse and be more positive allowing ourselves to not fall into a pattern of constantly feeling sorry for ourselves yet again. You’re sick its happened but things don’t have to be so negative and depressing you’ve accepted you’ve been diagnosed you’ve complained and maybe cried but your life is still going your not gone so don’t think this way. Sure we need to accept that death is a part of this world that when its our time we go healing yourself doesn’t necessarily have to mean finding the perfect treatment or antidote to fix you up instantly. Healing takes time remember its not just going to happen straight away when we get sick at times over the years its probably a wake-up call to say you need to do something maybe you’re not focusing and concentrating so you’ve gotten into an accident because your mind is thinking of something else. Or you’ve gotten sick because you haven’t been looking after yourself not eating the right things, not having a good and healthy diet or not doing enough exercise. We imagine that our life will never have issues where we have to fall ill but the reality is it happens most times we don’t know its coming it happens when we least expect it and when we’re not thinking about getting sick.

      The truth is we all don’t want to get sick mankind would usually trust that the medical experts would conduct proper and thorough research to educate and provide for doctors and patients so that we don’t have to suffer. How wonderful it would be if researchers could establish the necessary resources so that come the time of someone seriously suffering the cure is there not having to wait for them to still research waiting many weeks, months, years, decades or centuries. Just like the crime rate goes up people tend to get sick more and more everyday having to stop living a happy life because they are sick not working or not having enough to survive. It becomes a huge problem and creates difficulties and people are stuck with nowhere to turn to even having lots of money cannot provide the exact tablet, pill, operation, medication, treatment and place to fix things so people are healed straight away.

      These things will take time
